Add event metadata support to blog post config

The YAML config header for blog posts will need to support some additional values if we want to attach event details to them in a standardized and consistent way.

Features should include (* required for event posts):

• Event name *
• Date and time *
• Address *
• Latitude and longitude (used instead of address if present for placing the map pin)
