Overview
Documents the limits on the size of supported projects when running VSI.
Larger scans may work, but are best-effort and are not considered "supported" by FOSSA.
This is a documentation-only change which reflects the reality of the current VSI pipeline, not a change in existing functionality.
This limitation was derived from testing the current VSI pipeline and observing internal metrics that I'm not putting here since this PR is public; if you'd like more details feel free to reach out!
