Create separate Repo for Apps

We can make a separate repo for apps and use it as a sub module so that managing and updating apps and managing build script can be simple

To build things we would need metapackages, separating metapackages would add an additional task of downloading them while executing the build script. This will increase the build time, especially the CI test times as most CIs have low download speeds.
