Arduino code for bluetooth support

Describe the issue

Current app supports USB. Extending connectivity, arduino source code need to support both USB and bluetooth depending on user choice.

Task: From Arduino source code, read a configuration from incoming serial message and switch between hard serial (USB) and soft serial (Bluetooth)

Would you like to work on the issue?

• Note: You need to have a one of these bluetooth modules to work on this HC05/HC06 (Probably burrow from a friend or get one?)

@CloudyPadmal @jddeep @adityastic I have arranged for Bluetooth Module (HC05) and Arduino board and done with the basic setup.
I would like to add Bluetooth support feature.
Please assign this issue to me.
