artist view - suggested two column display for displaying albums

1. view displays album-artists in a tree-view.
   This is great but it would benefit from a 2 columns view for artists with many albums. See attached screen shot.

Re observation 1 - I dont personally have more than 4 albums for one artist - so your screenshot is quite an eye opener for me

I'm not quite following your two column view - are you referring to something possible like this mockup?

hmm - it seems that a GTK treeview does not support hight-lighting of individual cells - just highlighting rows. Thus in the above picture - the entire row containing the two albums would highlight. Thus maybe this would cause confusion on which album was clicked on?

No longer going to implement this as stated - will be implementing an iconview instead - implementation will be conducted through #331
