RollTables referencing compendium RollTables do not roll on them

Short Description of bug: Roll table which references Compendium Roll Table doesn't roll on the compendium Roll Table
Simple steps to reproduce the bug:

• Create a RollTable with two options: Option 1 and Option 2. 1d2.
• Create a Compendium
• Drag/Drop the Roll Table into the Compendium.
• Don't delete the original table.
• Create a second Roll Table with two options: one which references the Compendium Roll Table, and one which references the Entity RollTable.
• Note that when the Entity roll table is chosen, one of Option 1 or Option 2 is displayed. (correct)
• Note that when the compendium roll table is chosen, only the name of the rol table is displayed as a hyper link and the user has to click and select roll.
