Feature Request: Region Behaviour that Restricts Vision Distance

If possible, I'd really appreciate it if there was a region behaviour that limits vision to a certain distance. An example use for this would be to set up an area of the map that's very foggy and so makes it impossible to see beyond 40ft in front of you.
