Ref #148, foundweekends/conscript#35

steps

$ cs foundweekends/giter8

problem

The first thing the user sees is

$ g8 --version
Error: Unknown option --version
Error: Missing argument <template>
g8 0.6.8
....

expectation

Implement --version so there's no Error.

notes

foundweekends/conscript#35 is a proposal to make --version configurable.
