CSS and TS3 with docker-compose

Download & Install docker
Download & Install docker-compose
Copy all files from here into a directory (/root is used by default)
Edit server.cfg and replace the IP address for sv_downloadurl
Edit docker-compose.yml and fill in password for RCON
Create a directory css-htdocs with 777 permissions
Run "docker-compose up"
Connect to :27015 for css
Connect to :9987 for ts3
Use the token from log output to identify as root in ts3
