1. Add JavaScript-related options from WkHtmlToPdf …

   This PR adds 3 JavaScript-related options from the WkHtmlToPdf command-line executable: 
   
   - `--enable-javascript`
   - `--disable-javascript`
   - `--javascript-delay` 
   
   I needed `--javascript-delay` for a project but thought it was worth adding all 3 as a trio.
