Brief description
This pull request updates the code to run manual calibrations for each location. This makes it easier for a location (Senegal, Kenya, or Ethiopia) to be specified when running the model by requiring fewer changes to the code. It also facilitates the first manual calibration for Ethiopia to see how the model performs in this new location.
