• Fixed keyboard shortcut for selecting secondary channel to Ctrl-[1,2,...]
• Added "Switch A/B" button for switching between primary and secondary channels; shortcut: 'm'
• Buttons for selecting pic-in-pic area and enabling pic-in-pic are now separate
• Added buttons for quickly selecting pic-in-pic area: corners, center and manual; think wind directions for the button labels
• Added keyboard shortcuts for the quick select buttons: keypad 7, 9, 5, 1, 3
• When pic-in-pic is 'pending', i. e. a selection has been made, but not yet applied, the 'pic-in-pic' button is marked yellow (as in traffic lights)

Plans

• Fix looks: pending pic-in-pic could get a yellow icon instead of yellow border; icons for the quick-select buttons instead of text
• Clean up code: especially the quick-select buttons consist of a lot of repeated code
