This is due to our new openapi version being 3.1.0.

I opened an issue at bharel/mkdocs-render-swagger-plugin#23, since this is mostly matter of updating a dependency version. If it doesn't work, we can add a workaround (we can fork the mkdocs plugin, or probably we can even downgrade our openapi version by hand).

EDIT: we could also try https://blueswen.github.io/mkdocs-swagger-ui-tag.
