This issue to track the discussions and ideas about creating a framework and supporting local communities to bootstrap P2P events in other cities, and finally, put an umbrella organization that lists those communities and encourage collaborations

@cpieri will stay in Lyon for multiple months soon, we can help to bootstrap a new chapter there :) I will open a new dedicated issue to see if other people are interested

@lpieri based on your experience with Lyon P2P #0 (#48), can you tell us if you have ideas of improvements to help local chapter bootstrap their first event?

Hello @moul
I think we need to communicate 1 month before the bootstrap and contact the local communities.
For example, contact local schools or enterprises (tech, p2p...).
I think too, we need to create the process more easy for propose a Talk at the bootstrap because it can be a brake for the local communities.
