Latest Stable Release (before Github security PRs)

This is the latest stable release that is running on the official Neohabitat servers, accessible at neohabitat.org.

It was created just before accepting a batch of GitHub initiated security patch PRs (current to this date.)

This is the Public Release version debuted at GDC 2018

Still not perfect, but with the recent addition of:

1. In-world Bots
2. Additional Original Regions
3. The "docent" - a 2nd screen companion (web) experience

We are in a position to open a permanent exhibit at The Made, which was the ultimate goal of this project.

Assuming no major bugs are discovered before (or during) the show, this is the release we're going to use for GDC.
