Sass comes baked into Bleaubaer. Just worry about the design.
Clone the git repo - git clone git@github.com:franzwcom/bleaubaer.git - or download it and then place it in the themes (/wp-content/themes/) directory, and activate it via Admin - Appearance - Themes
