Remove db file location selection
Uses preload script for ipc
- enables contextIsolation
- disables nodeIntegration
Creates database backup before running patches or migration

- simplify ipcCalls

- delete ipcCalls

- fix prettier

- explicitly disable sandbox

- open fd from better-sqlite3 causes stalled tests

- use only date in backup filename
