Feature Request: Asset Movement to between Cost Centers

Asset Movement currently allows moving Assets across locations. It would be ideal to have movement between cost centers (and possibly departments too).

1. Add Source and Target Cost Centers in Asset Movement (it would also be a good idea to link Cost Center to a Department or Location)
2. Submitting the Asset Movement should set the Cost Center field in Asset in order to maintain the current Cost Center
3. Depreciation Entry -
   • Consider all submitted Asset Movements for the Asset in the depreciation period
   • Debit multiple depreciation expense accounts with respective Cost Center references from Asset Movement
   • Divide the depreciation amount for the whole depreciation period between all the debit entries based on the duration between asset movement

An example use case: Assets in a Hospital can be moved across various departments / cost centers and the depreciation entries should book this against multiple cost centers.

Any thoughts appreciated, we'll get this started.
