V11 BUG: Taxes and charges template not getting triggered during import of sales order

While importing a sales order the taxes and charges template is not considered or processed.
Also the tax rules are not respected during import of sales order. Tax rules based on the state are not picked up automatically during import.

Is the tax template mentioned in the Import file explicitly? Is the import directly submitting the documents or are you saving them in draft state?

Initially I did not mention anything explicitly. I was assuming Tax Rule would be respected and taxes and charges would be fetched automatically. But that did not happen.
I then tried to manually mention the taxes and charges template that needs to be applied even that did not work.

Also draft state is being used for import.

I tried manually submitting the document it does not work in that case as well.
