All Auto Repeats from version 11 are unmodifiable in version 12, including delete. They show as "Submitted" but are unable to be edited or deleted. Additionally these entries behave as though they are cancelled and do not generate the documents that they are designed to.

New Auto Repeats created with version 12 show as "Active" and are editable and deletable.

User permissions are System Manager, and all options are checked for Auto Repeat permissions.

v11 Auto Repeats are able to be clicked and opened (read only), but then a popup appears:

User <user>@<domain> does not have access to this document

Is there any solution for this? I have exactly the same problem. After upgrade from v11 to v12.1.6, auto repeat don't create new documents, and existing auto repeats can't be deleted (Auto Repeat SUB-00001: Submitted Record cannot be deleted.) or edited.

I haven't found a solution, only a workaround. Since the existing entries are broken and unmodifiable, I had to create new entries. Fortunately the old entries don't actually work and so don't create new invoices, but they're still there unable to be deleted. So now I have two auto-repeats - the new working set, and the old unmodifiable set.

Good info and chat - posted to discuss.erpnext.com will inform more who may expedite a fix?
