Report Saving Doesn't retain the grouping

Steps to reproduce the issue

I am using v12, I opened by Issue Screen, then I went to the Report Builder from the list view > applied filters > then added a group by. I then saved the report in my custom reports. I then refreshed the screen and then went to Support > Custom Report > My report. It shows no data because my group by is blank. It does not save my group by
