Effective and organised communication plays a vital role in the success of any CRM activity. Typically, a lot of communication and recording of data takes place during the entire CRM lifecycle. It becomes necessary to have this data recorded in a well structured and organised manner. During the lifecycle of a CRM entity, the past data is frequently referred by different people associated with it.
Currently, the data collected in various forms such as notes, emails, call logs etc does not look well organised for reference. Hence, it is required to get the data organised by grouping it as per the category. e.g. all emails, notes, call logs, time logs and comments should be grouped seperately. This will allow user to refer to a particular section and refer to the details in order to proceed.
