Update stock reconciliations after repost

Information about bug

Steps to reproduce:

Create stock reco at time X
Create another stock reco with same items but differing qty at time X minus some time.
Wait for reposting to finish.
Check first stock reco, the difference amount will not match to updated GL / SL entries.

Accounting/stock entry wise it's correct, just confusing to look at from user's perspective.
