Rate limit on frappecloud.com/erpnext/signup triggers even when I have not created any trial accounts

I am attempting to create a demo account from https://frappecloud.com/erpnext/signup as linked in the GitHub readme.

I have not yet successfully made any accounts (as far as I know at least) however I'm getting the message You have hit the rate limit for trial accounts.

What did happen is that the first time I tried to submit the form it told me that I needed to enter a phone number. So I updated the form with a phone number and hit "Create Account" a second time, and that's when I got this message.

So maybe the rate limit is triggered when attempting to submit an incomplete form?
