A Supplier can also be a Manfacturer, linked together #32778

At present there are separate DocTypes for Supplier and Manufacturer.

Why not add a simple check box to the Supplier DocType which identifies them as a Manufacturer, which populates them on the Manufacturer DocType?

This would avoid duplicate data entry and keep information correct if there are any changes to the Supplier details.
