Webhook Running Three Times in one Trigger

Information about bug

I have setup the webhook to push data in my google sheet.
but when i am editing anything or triggering the doc it runs three time in a single trigger that affect my google sheet entries and slow down the processes.

this is only happening with the lead doc.
