Activity report to be comprehensive and with export feature

The activity report available in the system now is just a very bare minimum. It is highly essential that the activity report be available with like any other "report" of a document, that we can customize with filters and pick our columns.

At the least immediately we should have an export feature so that we can use spreadsheets to do the filtering etc.

This is essential for audit purpose.

The existing activity report is actually not much use without the ability to filter etc.
