Date drop down not shown on any field in Arabic language

Description of the issue

Hi there,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Frappe framework where the date dropdown selector is not showing up when the display language is set to Arabic. This issue is occurring on the Frappe cloud hosting platform and the versions of ERPNext and Frappe I am using are v 13.42.2 and v 13.45.2, respectively.

The date dropdown selector works correctly when the display language is set to English. However, when switching to Arabic, the dropdown does not appear at all. This is causing difficulties when inputting dates in Arabic.

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
