Add a new check field "Amount Based On Field" If checked, will show a drop down of fields, it should be unchecked by default |

In Web Forms, for Amount under Payment section; amount value needs to be specified for the web form in the current design. This will enable to collect payment based on the value entered by the user in the web form.
