On grid (table field) the feature Download or Upload should allow different CSV delimiters.
Some OS localization with Excel (for those that don't use google sheet or libre office) default the delimiter will be ";" .
End users don't have to change localization of their OS system to change this format, and they don't care about csv is text with delimiter, they just want it work
Add a system setting that allow to define global delimiter , ; or \t
