Removed the xlwt library which is used to write the xls type files
Done the complete functionality using the openpyxl library(used in report and data import tool) which is used to read and write xlsx files.
Patch for changing the format type from 'XLS' to 'XLSX'

Fixes frappe/erpnext#9550
