colour-sensor_shooter-intake was branched off of shooter-intake, and since it is now working, should we merge it back into the shooter-intake branch?

During yesterday's general meeting, we were discussing what our options were for colour sensing. We think that we will need a way to isolate the colour sensor from the roboRIO so if the colour sensor misbehaves, it won't cause loop overruns. An option is to just have an Arduino perform the colour processing and use the digital IO pins on the Arduino to signal to the roboRIO if the ball is red or blue.

Antoine also says that he has a PixyCam and we might be able to use that for more reliable colour detection (again, with having an Arduino performing the processing and simply outputting the results using digital IO).

So with all this being said, don't merge this PR yet. Let's wait until this Saturday to get a clear plan of how we are going to solve the issue of colour sensing, then we can go forward from there.
