Manual Shooting

Hey guys, I don't see anything that allows for manual control over the index wheel. You're probably going to want something on the aux controller to use in emergencies. There's a good chance the camera will get knocked out of alignment, broken, etc. and it'd suck to not be able to shoot because of it.

Of course, if it's in there already and I've just missed it, feel free to close this issue.

We saw this issue and fixed it a couple of commits ago -- we did this by having the 2 button be auto align and the 3 button be the shoot sequence (spin up and index). Also, the feed forward is working and we can hit the target to within 2 degrees from behind the trench.
