Tech Demo Notes: Press A on a connected XBOX ONE Controller or SPACE on a keyboard to swicth scenes

Important Folders:

  1. Glass Engine 2017 Tech Demo (Contains the final built version of the tech demo showing what the engine can do)

  2. Glass Engine (This is the root directory for the enigne Visual Studio 2015 solution)

  3. Glass Engine Docs (Cointains the scripting documentation for a developer - start page is index.html)

  4. Logo Resources (Contains the finished versions of the engines logos and icons which can be used in branding)

To open the development solution: Requirements: Visual Studio 2015 with Update 3 Vulkan SDK 1.0.42.1 (https://vulkan.lunarg.com/sdk/home#sdk/downloadConfirm/1.0.42.2/windows/VulkanSDK-1.0.42.2-Installer.exe) Minimum system requirements below Open "GlassEngine2017\GlassEngine\GlassEngine.sln in Visual Studio 2015

System Requiremnts:

Minimum:

*CPU 	 - Intel Core i3-6100, AMD FX-4350 or equivalent
*GPU 	 - NVIDIA GTX 960, AMD Radeon RX 470 or equivalent with HDMI 1.3
*DRIVER	 - NVIDIA: 377.01	AMD: Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.3
*RAM 	 - 8GB
*OS 	 - Windows 10 (10.0.10240 - 1507)
*USB 	 - 2x USB 3.0 or 3x USB3.0 if using the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers
*VR HMD 	- HTC Vive / Oculus Rift with associated sensors, motion controllers and gamepads
*Software - STEAM, STEAM VR (and the Oculus Client if running with a Rift)

Reccommended:

*CPU 	 - Intel Core i5-6500, AMD Ryzen 5 1600X or equivalent
*GPU 	 - NVIDIA GTX 980, NVIDIA GTX 1070, AMD R9 290X or equivalent with HDMI 2.0
