Picking up unique id of the device reporting power status on a certain location

This could be useful in reporting a device is offline due to other reasons, so you could submit a form that requires duration (which is the time you think your device will be offline) and also write the device serial number as validation since only you will know it.

then the database will add a record to say that the device is under maintenance or something and it might be back online after a certain time if you were the only device reporting for that location the location will be set as under maintenance .
