TensorFlow course: Links to the Colab notebooks are missing

In this video, it is mentioned that "there is a link in the description", but I can't find it on the /learn platform.

When I searched on the forum I found this post:

And I found the links in the description of the original video on YouTube.

I think we should include the links to the notebooks on /learn too.
Also, it may be better to mention that the original, not split video can be found there. Some people might prefer watching the not split version.

Expected behavior

I'm not sure which page is the best place to put those links. We could put all of them at the first lesson, or it might be better to put each link to the beginning of the relevant section.

I vaguely remember a discussion about these links being removed, but I can't remember where.

Personally, I'd be in favour of adding them back in - though I haven't gone through the Python content so I can't say where they should go. Maybe within the superblock intro section?

I'm guessing they could have been removed as one of external links (Just guessing and not sure, but I heard we are trying to remove links to external resources?)
If so, I think we should consider these Colab notebooks as part of the course content, rather than external references.

I haven't gone through other video courses, so I'm not sure what we usually do in these case, though.
