This adds FreeBSD-head-powerpc64-testvm for running kyua tests
I'm running the disc image using the following command:
sudo qemu-system-ppc64 -M pseries -m 4G -drive file=<disc-image>,if=scsi,index=0,format=raw -nographic -vga none -netdev user,id=mynet0 -device spapr-vlan,netdev=mynet0
