#42 adds a script to test the modules. We should add some CI.

@ucbjrl, should we not use travis for new things? What are your thoughts?

We should use some externally visible CI system(Travis or CircleCI). I'm hoping to submit a Chisel PR for CircleCI support this week. At the moment, I can't think of a reason we shouldn't be able to support both.
