feat(guide): add guide for HTML value attribute challenge #35783

I'm honestly a little unsure about this guide. But I guess it is better than nothing. Feedback for improvements, if needed, are welcome.

Looking at some of the other guides in the HTML curriculum they don't seem to give the solution. So, I have just added an example, but if we should give the actual solution to the challenge let me know. I also feel like I'm just repeating the instructions from the challenge. I don't think I can explain the concept better than the challenge already does.
