Enhancement request: making the progress bar more visible

Problem
You have to scroll down after submitting a challenge to see the progress bar. Fixing the progress bar to the top of the lesson can make it easier for users to visually track their progress, which can motivate them to continue coding.

This is a small issue but I find it frustrating that I have to scroll down whenever I want to track how much progress I made and I think other users may also benefit from this change.

Describe the solution you'd like:

• Option 1: Add a fixed progress bar at the top of lessons so users can easily track their progress (quick example mockup below)

• Option 2: Alternatively, we can have the site auto-scroll down to the div with "Submit and go to next challenge" button and progress bar after the user submits their solution
