really useful feature of 1.1 is to not require case when there's only one item in it

Example:

 choice x {
  case y1 {
    leaf z1..
  }
  case y2 {
    leaf z2..
  }
}

can be just:

 choice x {
    leaf z1..
    leaf z2..
}
