Assess language support impact on Dangerzone

Supporting all the languages and characters in the world will have some impact on the container image size. And we need to define a strategy before going down the rabbit hole of adding more and more languages we should make sure we have a scalable way of doing that.

Task: assess language support size cost in:

• File conversion
• OCR

Do this for most languages.

For example with OCR languages we were thinking of downloading them on a per-need basis and with language support in the container it was raised again. So we should do some more systematic analysis.
