Our instructions for signing our assets do not cover the case of the Dangerzone source. While GitHub does provide a source tarball, it would be good to have a tarball signed by us as well.

Update our docs and scripts to be able to create a source tarball for a
Dangerzone version, sign it, and explain how can users verify it.
