To build on #64, we should add support for decrypting documents once a file (i.e. non-message submission) has been downloaded.

I've implemented this in branch rest-of-mvp on top of #99 and I've tested all works as expected in Qubes:

  1. Clicking file once decrypts
  2. Clicking again opens in disposable VM (I pulled in the changes in Opens downloaded files when double-clicked as per Qubes recipe.  #102 and tested that along with this)

Plan is to merge #99 (messages download/decrypt/open), then rebase this, then merge #102 along with this change (files decrypt/open)
