Add wheels to FPF PyPi for latest securedrop-sdk #204

Description

The new package and sha256sum.txt file need a signature and #203 is something that came up during build.

Other than that, this PR includes the output of the build-wheels script for the latest sdk 0.2.0.

#203 is no longer blocking on this and can be marked as resolved once we decide on how to move forward for future releases, see #203 (comment)

Thanks @creviera changes look good to me. I've rebased on latest main due to merge of #198 and:

  • appended a detached signature for the changes you provided
  • updated index.html (this is still a manual step)
