Per #6716, Persian (fa) was updated during the 2022 Aaron Swartz Day hackathon.
This is the result of "make translate"[1]. After #6156 and the v2.5.0 localization cycle, this updates ununsupported as well as supported languages---thus the large diff. [1]: https://developers.securedrop.org/en/latest/i18n.html#update-strings-to-be-translated
