Adapt code to new stable version of Polymer #2

The code is base on 0.8 version.
Now 1.0 is the last stable and 2.0 is coming.
We'd make a complete refactoring. This includes all the fd-polymer-* repositories.
There is a tool for automatic migration https://www.polymer-project.org/1.0/docs/migration
