Describe the solution you'd like

10MB limits result in many split documents, which makes public access harder. NYSCEF has 100MB limits.

The largest document in the RECAP Archive is more than 100MB: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6331688/28/7/simone-v-brennan/
