- Rework text about OpenZFS feature flags into a new subsection of the ZFS Primer. - Add a link to zpool-features(7). TODO before this is ready to merge: * Add entry to introduction U3 section explaining the feature. * Search through the guide and add appropriate references to the new Feature Flags subsection. * Check for changes to the OpenZFS feature flags alert in the new UI and update the related text in alertevents.rst. * Track any changes made from https://redmine.ixsystems.com/issues/62442 and adjust documentation as necessary.
