• FreeSewing.org currently runs v3.3.0-rc.1. What's that about? Why are version numbers weird now? And why has it been like this for weeks?

Notes:

• Use the back of your hand, not the front, when testing a doorknob if you think there could be a fire behind the door.
• The FreeSewing code is currently undergoing "swizzling" work with the goal to make it so various parts are less likely to break when other parts get updated in the future. That is why FreeSewing is currently at Release Candidate version 3.3.0-rc.1. (Look at the wb2 branch if you want to see Joost's work in progress.)
• In the pattern editor UI, we will be dropping the language setting toggle because it is likely that this feature gets used very infrequently. It seems rare that someone would want to create a pattern in a language different than what they've set in their user settings.
• Welcome, mat <3. Knitting and knitting machines.
• Magde's designer, clegganator259, has been contacted by bobgeorgethe3rd. clegganator259 told him that they will add instructions so the Magde design can be released. bobgeorgethe3rd will check up on this around December or so.
• Work and updates are being done on other designs.
• Things that people are working on.
• Clothing appropriate for climbing trees, if there is an emergency that requires tree-climbing.
• Zwaluw requests that someone make a Jane to be the first photo/showcase on the FreeSewing site. TangerineShark will try to do it.
• MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and metals in clothing. MRI stories.
